On Sunday I made homemade white wheat bread. It was so yummy! R.J. and Amber couldn't believe I made it... ha ha. They had to take a picture of me with the bread.. lol... I also ran into Dayna and Will at HEB earlier that day in the baking aisle so I thought they might enjoy seeing the end result :)
I don't know what got into me this week, but I made homemade vegetable and beef soup with cornbread on Sunday since the weather was so yucky. I also made meatloaf, corn casserole, pork tenderloin, green bean casserole, quiche, sweet potato casserole and peach cobbler this week! All from scratch! My mom would be so proud :) Maybe I can cook after all?!?! I guess you will have to ask the hubby!!
